Truly, it was the greatest painting Jim had ever created. Such a breathtaking piece didn’t deserve to sit in a stuffy old museum for patrons to gawk at. It should be seen by everyone. Since he finished it 20 years ago, he’d rode from town to town, knocking on every door with the painting in hand. The canvas was aging, but he could tell it was as sturdy as the day he–

    The creepiest thing in these strips is the kid in the window who has befriended THE EYES. Unless, he’s actually being held hostage by them. Man this strip just became darker!

      I interpreted as The Eyes creating fleshling drones in the shapes of our children, walking among us and infiltrating our families. Does that make you feel better?
