So that magnifying glass is just for show?

I think 3:30 breaks the record for “latest I got my butt together and made a post”. In my defense, chicks who never sleep and only talk about newspaper comics have pretty badass social lives.

Slylock Fox – September 15th, 2013

The government of the Slyverse isn’t something that’s explored often, but today we learn something new about the seldomseen princess. That something is that she wears a chunk of gold on her head 24/7, but is incapable of trying a chunk of iron and saying “yeah, this feels lighter than usual”. Someone should really see if that crown left an imprint on her head.

Y’know, Fox, it must be easy being the smartest man in the room.

It doesn’t seem to be immediately occurring to Slylock either, what with him using his magnifying glass. “Maybe there’s a scratch on the gold-plated one revealing the metal underneath? Hmm, nope, no scratches. That one on the left looks a little shinier. Is real gold shinier than gold-plated non-gold? Damn it, I forget. Okay, better just keep on acting like I’m examining these things, don’t let on that I have no bloody idea what I’m doing and…is Max rolling his eyes over there? I swear, if he’s rolling his eyes at me he is snake food later on.”

Poor Max. It’s pretty much all he can do. He’s the only guy who’s not totally nuts, and he’s resigned himself to the fact that he’s useless.

It’s OK. When Slylock gets himself arrested for falsifying evidence, Max will get his own comic. It’ll be all eye-rolling and getting beaned with fish.

  2. $$$WESTVIEW ONCOLOGIST$$$ says:

Princess Pussycat almost looks Kate Middleton-esque since her last appearance. Slylock fascination with Cat People is starting to become almost Freudian. Come to think of it Bob Weber’s interest in Cat People is becoming Freudian.
