I just really like the duckies and stuff

Slylock Fox – August 21st, 2013

This may be the cutest Hitchcockesque horror I’ve ever seen. It’s got froggies and little babies and everything~! It’s like if The Birds ran in the funny pages, so instead of killing people, they played ineffective games of Ding-Dong Ditch.

Sure, some duck is standing stunned in a field of bones. A teenager’s face is about to be forcibly introduced the pointy end of a thrashing beak. Add a pool, some cute kids, and boom! That boy’s head-ectomy is almost as cute as a one-legged puppy rescuing a baby.

Man, that bird should not mess with the cranky old neighbor!! He apparently keeps one of “the eyes” in his home” and apparently was angry enough with one to actually toss it in the trash!!! Who fears the eyes? Not our unfriendly neighborhood meth dealer, that’s for sure!!

  2. Koalahero says:

Since the teen is filling the pool with a hose, we know it’s an inflatable pool, not an in-ground one… And I’d say it’s sand that the pool’s on top of… But who keeps a sand pit in their front yard? (Assuming front yard b/c of the doorbell)… If it’s their driveway, that’s gonna hurt the boy. :-I But this “driveway” doesn’t lead to a garage or anything… ARE THEY PLAYING IN THE STREET?!?!

  3. Ratiocinator says:

Know why the long-necked duck is so annoyed? Because as mentioned before, ducks like having water dumped on their heads whether via rainstorm or elephant’s trunk or whatever. It’s what they live for. So this duck was hoping the guy with the hose would unload it onto his cranium, but what does he waste it on instead? Filling up a kiddie pool! I mean, he wouldn’t even have to change his aim all that much to get some water on the duck, but can he be bothered? Noooooo!

Which is why the duck is not warning him his neck is about to be pecked off.
