(SPOILER: it’s mold)

Sleep can wait when you stumble upon the meanest Slylock case ever.

Slylock Fox – July 7th, 2013

7_07

Like, dang. Bob is officially teasing us, you guys. This is the burning question. The elephant in the room that only the internet chose to acknowledge. After years of weird theories, elaborate explanations, and maddening curiosity, Weirdly himself addresses his skin tone!

…It turns out he’s just throwing guesses out there, too. Most of us have our theories squashed by Slylock Fox the comic, but he actually gets a giant fox man to invade his home for the sole purposes of saying he’s wrong. Really, same thing.

As if this wasn’t enough, I’ve been challenged: I’m being held to my word that Fangylump would get a character page. And he will… after a good night’s sleep.

About Inkwell

Just your average girl surfing the web for kick-awesome cartoons and comics. I enjoy reading, writing, and listening to my head rattle.

So much to get to here
    1. Wow that’s an effing scary tiger!!! I guess Bob needed to attract more attention to the strip
    2. So Dr. Weirdly’s skin isn’t painted on Joker-style?
    3. HOW TO DRAW- Maybe it’s me but a sick part of me wants to replace the little girl at the edge with the Unabomber composite.
    4. SIX DIFFERENCES – A young boy camping alone in the dark woods without adult male supervision. I’m not sure if he’s more or less safe.

      1. Well yeah. The syndicate put their foot down on the nudes.
      2. It’s from his unique all-copper diet.
      3. This is one more thing I have to explain to my family.

      4. Less safe. No one’s around to stop him from eating diseased mice. It’s already turned his skin yellow.

How…how is Max riding on Slylock’s tail? Is that a tail, or has it always been a kind of organic sidecar for Max?

BC, always good to see fellow SOSF Snarkers on this site.

    • Inkwell says:

It’s attached to his cape, so I don’t think it’s a tail… I don’t think it would have grown if he would do his laundry once in a while, but Max seems to like it so it’s too late for that.

I just came back from a week-long vacation last night, so I was excited to see that Fangylump would be getting his own character page soon!

Welcome back! I sort of assumed your brain had been transferred to the soft innards of an eggplant or something.

And yeah, I’ll come up with something regarding Fangylump… It’ll probably be in a couple days when I have a little more free time.
